But like all good things must come to an end, my journey with #ARM Worldwide concludes here. I am stepping down from my operational roles at #ARMWorldwide (formally ARM Digital) but while continuing to hold the company shares.
These 8 years were full of blood, sweat, and tears, followed by contentment later. I am grateful to Ritesh Singh, Manas Gulati, and Abhishek Punia for their continuous support in this impeccable journey. And to my wonderful team and all the ex-employees who made it worthwhile, I’ll always miss them. It began from a small basement office in Noida and bloomed to become a registered company (Arm Digital Media Pvt Ltd) with a fantastic team of 150+ people, serving over 100+ brands. All this while creating new territories in the Public Relations and Influencers ecosystem, executing global product launches, sleepless marathons, and exploring everything digital.
My journey was a continuous learning, full of challenges that helped me unlock some great lessons which I plan to keep safe in my mental pocketbook.
It’ll be a little hard for me to detach myself from brands and business that I got myself emotionally attached to because I never believed in Agency/Client culture. And treated every brand/business as my very own, like an extended ‘#’ to their name.
During my time here, I also found a new passion to kickstart brands beyond transactional marketing or PR and I plan to take this passion along with me.
Last but not least, I’m still very thankful to my old friends/(first co-founders) Praval Singh & Gaurav Mishra for always supporting me.
For someone who has never had a job and has spent 17 years of his professional experience hustling for startups and accelerating the growth of others’, this seems to be a huge step but rather a hopeful one. Walt Whitman wrote “Keep your face always toward the sunshine – and shadows will fall behind you.” and that’s exactly what I plan to do.
Thankful & Grateful for everyone around.
